In 2018, Tazz founded Entice by Tazz LLC, launching a transformational dance program that empowers individuals to embrace their uniqueness and strive for excellence. Her innovative approach has not only uplifted her community but has also shaped the lives of countless dancers, helping them grow both personally and professionally.
