The Shape of Movement is a popping class focused on controlling time, texture, and intention within movement. This class explores how each hit, pause, and transition can define a moment—and how shaping those moments creates powerful storytelling.  Dancers will train musicality, angles, stops, and flow, learning how to shift between sharp precision and smooth control. Through drills, grooves, and combinations, students will develop clarity, body awareness, and confidence in their individual style.
